there are some people somewhere whose custom it is for young boys to fellate the men when they come of age and ingest their semen. there are no homosexual connotations to it for them.

anyways, I'd like to believe people could move about freely, sexually speaking, not being restricted by any sort of natural bonds, but when I try to account for my near complete dismissal of ever dating a man, it's hard.

maybe I just haven't found the right man.

I used it as an example in an attempt to word my thoughts.

If it wasn't very clear, my end result is that homosexuality and heterosexuality, although clearly defined, do not exist as such. I do not believe sexuality has boundaries that can be explained by such simple words as homosexual and heterosexual, nor are they fixed. Our sexual desires can change from one situation to another.
What defines homosexuality? the thought, want, action, all or some?

I too believe we can move about freely.

ultimately that's what this topic is about.

are we free to choose or is it hardwired somewhere in our mind.

I think the former is probably true, but that culturally for us americans we have been forced out of thinking that way.

then there are the studies, which someone brought up, which correlate sexual preference to physical confines which is another interesting theory that sort of takes away our sentience as human beings.

I do wonder if we aren't just programmed to think that we are able to think for ourselves.
