i didn't see the play in question, but it does get called way too often when the offensive player initiates the contact. it should not be a foul if the defender jumps straight up, but they still call it.

congrats to the cavs. they seem to have locked up homecourt throughout. and with KG seemingly not going to be 100% this year, their road seems a lot clearer than it did a couple of months ago.
and with it lebron seems to be grasping a firmer hold on the mvp trophy. kobe's numbers are dipping while the cavs keep winning. |

they've really hit their stride, they're finally healthy too. big ben is still out, but it's been made pretty clear that andy should be starting for this team.
some of the guys that were hurt earlier in the year are finally playing the way they did before they went down, z and delonte basically, the road is going to be chi/det/maybe even charlotte, then probably mia/atl, then whoever comes out of the bos/orl most likely series it's still gonna be boston v cleveland for the eastern conference. i think you can probably pencil the lakers in the finals, i don't think anyone in the west can beat them in a 7 game set, maybe the spurs, but they sure don't look like the team that kicked our ass 2 years ago. so yeah, kobe and lebron for the championship. the nba and abc are probably drooling at the thought of that |

he's definitely improved in that area. i still think he shoots too many though, but so does kobe and wade, and pretty much the rest of the nba.
