um, I don't have any current generation system (sold Wii), but if I were to get something it'd be PS3. But that's besides the point. What about the game??
my thoughts on this were in the other mirror's edge topic, but I suppose I'll reiterate.
it's too bright first off, and if the whole game looks like that it's going to burn out your retinas. I'm concerned that the game won't have any variation, and you'll just end up running across rooftops for no reason, looking for the next red thing.
the story doesn't seem very engaging either. the government has gone all 1984 on you, and its your job to deliver packages from amazon to people who are too cheap or lazy to leave their homes. some dudes are going to try to shoot you for this, but you can use bullet time (you're in the matrix I guess) and disarm them, which is like instant death to soldiers.
it plays fine though. the first person doesn't really get in the way of the jumping, though you will have to look down at your feet to see if you're at the edge sometimes, and for some reason you can't see your boobies, which is a real downer. using the shoulder buttons for jumping is very unnatural, but it's the only way to make a first person jumping game work I suppose.

I get a PS3 again today. It'll recieve a warm welcome. It's been a bit crap not having games as an option of what to do for the last two weeks. I'm quite looking forward to ploughing through this mediocre game quickly and then selling it (after swapping it for a while for Dead Space).
Yeah it's a bit shit so far. I'm only a couple of chapters in, but the will to carry on isn't strong. It's got some cool bits but I'm still finding it tedious. Dying is too frequent - as has been said by many, there's so much trial and error involved. And I still don't like not being able to see her body when I do something cool, which is why I thought I'd have a hard time with it when I first heard of the idea of making a first-person free-running game.
I completed it the other day. It was an average game that was really great in places. After finishing it I felt glad that it was over, but as a few days have passed I feel more like going back to it to have a go at the time trials. It's not something I'd recommend as a full-price purchase, but is definitely worth playing if you can do so at little or no cost.
